A: ONLY if the patient IS NOT considered home bound and has a prescription from their doctor for lab work and wishes for PLM Executives HealthCare to come to their location. If the patient IS NOT classified as home bound, PLM Executives HealthCare will bill the patient directly for the phlebotomy house call. 

Q: Once PLM Executives HealthCare Phlebotomy receives my order for a phlebotomy house call, how soon will I be scheduled?

A: If the order is received before 12:00 PM during normal business hours, the patient is scheduled for the next business day {if requested}. Any orders received after 12:00 PM will be scheduled within 24 hours.

Q: Can I schedule lab appointments for multiple patient?

A: Yes, you can schedule as many as needed, one at a time with the physician orders attached.

Q: Can PLM also accommodate any other third-party arrangements?

A: Yes, for example: If you are a concierge agency who prefers to “package” your services or you just simply wish to pay for our services on behalf of your patients, in whole or split, our billing department will create an account for you.
